"Springboard has had a massive impact"

Before I started with Springboard I suffered from a lot of anxiety and was practically trapped in the house - locking myself way from the world.

Thanks to all the different adult and family courses I have done with Springboard I have developed the courage to talk to other people, do new things and even perform in public with the local Community Choir.

I am now studying a Foundation degree in Inclusive Education with Trinity St. Davids and volunteering as an LSA at a local school.

I would never have thought this possible a few years ago!
